Description

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT system projects to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors and agencies to align IT systems design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Partner with operational stakeholders to ensure system designs meet specific program needs and requirements.
• Maintain the overall IT systems project plan and track risks, mitigations, and issues.
• Align technical efforts with project charter objectives and track performance against expected outcomes.
• Develop business cases supported by wireframes, process maps, and other design documentation.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in project management roles.
• Deep understanding of PMBOK principles.
• Practical knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with IT problem management and project management tools.
• Ability to define program performance outcomes and key measurements.
• Proven experience developing business cases, wireframes, and process maps.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to interpret and apply complex policies and procedures.
