Description

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT systems projects, ensuring technical designs align with program requirements and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors and agencies to align IT systems design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Maintain the overall IT Systems project plan and track risks, mitigations, and issues.
• Align IT system efforts with project charter outcomes and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with operational stakeholders to ensure system designs meet specific program needs.
• Develop business cases supported by wireframes, process maps, and other design documentation.

Required Skills

• 8 years of experience in IT project management.
• Deep understanding of PMBOK principles.
• Knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with IT problem management.
• Proficiency with project management tools and techniques.
• Ability to define program performance outcomes and key measurements.
• Strong capability in interpreting and applying complex policies and procedures.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under deadlines.
