Description

You will manage the end-to-end delivery of IT systems projects, ensuring technical designs align with operational requirements and program objectives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors and agencies to align IT systems design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Maintain the overall IT systems project plan and track risks, mitigations, and issues.
• Collaborate with operational stakeholders to ensure system designs meet program needs.
• Align IT system efforts with project outcomes and ensure performance meets charter expectations.
• Develop business cases including wireframes, process maps, and supporting design documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Deep understanding of PMBOK principles.
• Hands-on experience with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in IT systems design and system project management.
• Experience with IT problem management and project management tools.
• Ability to define program performance outcomes and key measurements.
• Strong ability to interpret and apply complex policies and procedures.
• Proven skill in multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks under strict deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
