Description

You will coordinate IT systems design, development, testing, and implementation across vendors and agencies. You maintain the project plan, track risks, and align system efforts with program objectives. You also develop business cases, wireframes, and process maps to define performance outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors and agencies to align IT systems design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Maintain the overall IT systems project plan and track risks, mitigations, and issues.
• Align IT system efforts with overall project outcomes and ensure performance meets charter expectations.
• Develop business cases with supporting documentation, including wireframes and process maps.

Required Skills

• Experience with IT systems design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with PMBOK principles.
• Proficiency with project management tools and techniques.
• Experience with IT problem management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize under deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply complex policies and procedures.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to define program performance outcomes and key measurements.
