Description

Lead the implementation of web-based and low-code applications for state healthcare divisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to large IT project lifecycles, including system replacements.
• Coordinate dependencies across multiple divisions, external entities, and vendor teams.
• Execute market analysis, cost estimation, and business case development.
• Oversee vendor activities to ensure milestone delivery and risk mitigation.
• Develop project artifacts following PMI PMBOK methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Proven implementation of low-code technologies (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or ServiceNow).
• Expertise in project scheduling, budget monitoring, and risk management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project Server and SharePoint.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and application replacement initiatives.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple workstreams and aggressive timelines.
• Demonstrated leadership and change management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Healthcare-related industry experience.
