JOB DUTIES: Drive definition of project scope and backlog management. Work closely with all the stakeholders to ensure successful product feature launches. Develop and manage project plans, including defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle. Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and implement mitigation strategies to minimize their impact. Regularly monitor and assess project risks and take appropriate actions to address them. Create and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial constraints. Providing financial forecasts and reports to relevant stakeholders. Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure project objectives are achieved. Facilitating effective teamwork and collaboration among team members. Oversee project execution, track progress against milestones, and ensure deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Conduct regular project status meetings and report project status to key stakeholders. Assess the impact of project changes and develop change management plans to address organizational, process, and technology changes resulting from the project. Ensure effective change communication and train for minimize disruption. Establish and implement quality assurance processes and standards to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations. Conduct quality reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as needed. Capture and document project lessons learned, best practices, and project artifacts for future reference and continuous improvement. Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues and contribute to the organization’s knowledge base. Conduct performance evaluations of project team members, providing feedback. Identify areas for professional growth and development. recognize and reward team members’ contributions to the project’s success. Adept communicator and problem solver with a focus on agile and waterfall project management methodologies. Skilled in Agile (Scrum, Kanban), SAFe frameworks, proposal development, solution design, vendor management, and digital transformation initiatives. Experienced in global delivery models and successful management of distributed teams. Strong project management skills including customer relations, team building, conflict resolution, effort estimation, risk assessment and management, stakeholder and vendor management, budget management. Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr Test Management, product roadmap, Project plan, and cost-quality optimization. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially in Visio, PowerPoint, TEAMs, and Project Management and Software.
REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Technology or a closely related field or its foreign equivalent. 5 years’ experience in software coding and development. 5 years’ experience in testing and QA. 5 years’ experience with Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Python, AWS. 4 years’ experience in project planning. 3 years’ experience with Kafka
