You manage the lifecycle of software automation projects and business process redesigns.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Redesign business processes to integrate with software automation frameworks and reduce manual workflows.
• Create project documentation including process maps, business requirements, and technical specifications.
• Develop and coordinate test plans, manage user acceptance testing (UAT), and communicate results.
• Coordinate with business teams and developers to deploy and validate new automation workflows.
• Manage production automation schedules, respond to process failures, and perform Root Cause Analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Management Information Systems.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Experience with Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Ability to conduct meetings and presentations for business and IT leadership.
• Experience managing automation tools and industry trends.
