Description

You will lead two critical software migration projects: moving Laserfiche from on-premises to Customer Cloud and upgrading SchoolMint to its current version.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, system analysis, planning, execution, and validation for software migrations.
• Manage the end-to-end Laserfiche cloud migration and SchoolMint system upgrade to ensure minimal user disruption.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to define project deliverables and develop comprehensive plans.
• Maintain project documentation, including charters, schedules, risk management plans, and status reports.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring data integrity and security throughout the migration process.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience with a focus on software migration projects.
• Proven track record managing large-scale cloud migrations and system upgrades.
• Experience in requirements gathering and business analysis.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining technical and project documentation.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Ability to communicate project status and technical requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• PMI/PMP certification.
• Direct experience with Laserfiche or SchoolMint.
