Description

You will manage end-to-end IT projects with an immediate focus on Oracle Primavera P6, MCI Track upgrades, and Phase 2 Hexagon Ecosys implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Lead project meetings and facilitate communication between internal staff and external vendors.
• Manage project financials, including the creation and review of Project Business Cases and ROI value propositions.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and report status updates to senior management and steering committees.
• Collaborate with the PMO to develop portfolio-level metrics and project definitions.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of proven experience in end-to-end project management.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
• PMP Certification.
• Experience managing projects within the Oil and Gas, Downstream, or Refinery sectors.
• Proficiency with MS Project, SharePoint, Jira, Visio, and Plainview PPM Pro.
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Ability to manage project financials and complex dependencies.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in Coupa, Primavera P6, Hexagon Ecosys, MCI Track, or SAP.
