Description

Lead medium to large-scale IT system replacement and automation initiatives within a healthcare context.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute market analysis, cost estimation, and project scheduling to develop complete business cases.
• Manage project dependencies across multiple divisions, external entities, and vendor teams.
• Direct project teams and oversee vendor activities to ensure milestones and critical dates are met.
• Develop project management artifacts following PMBOK and state project methodologies.
• Monitor and control project risks, costs, schedules, and quality to ensure scope delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Proven experience implementing low-code technologies such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or ServiceNow.
• Experience managing application or IT system replacement initiatives and vendor relationships.
• Hands-on experience with project risk, cost, schedule, quality, and testing management.
• Proficiency with PMBOK, DHHS, SharePoint, and Microsoft Project Server.
• Strong background in healthcare or state government settings.
• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple workstreams and aggressive timelines.
