Description

Manage the digital ecosystem and L1 support for Beauty Brands in Spain, Portugal, and Loewe Worldwide.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business goals into functional and technical requirements to improve processes, productivity, and sales.
• Align stakeholders and collaborate with the IT Central team to ensure EMEA solution consistency.
• Manage external partner activities across all applications and monitor tool usage through KPIs.
• Oversee IT investments and expense optimization within your perimeter.
• Monitor project progress, service performance, and internal customer satisfaction through monthly governance and surveys.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in IS&T, Sales, CRM, Digital, E-business, or Retail solutions.
• Proficiency in Salesforce SFSC, SFCC, SFMC, and Salesforce Mobile APP.
• Experience with CRM and Clienteling (Loyalty) tools.
• Knowledge of Ecommerce models and end-to-end processes including local Warehouse Management.
• Hands-on experience with DAM, Digital Tools, and Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools.
• Advanced project management skills.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
