Responsibilities

• Assemble project teams and identify necessary resources to meet objectives.
• Develop project schedules to ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
• Manage stakeholder partnerships and mitigate technical risks.
• Coordinate team activities by maintaining a clear understanding of system scope and project objectives.
• Oversee interdependencies and integration when managing interrelated programs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Proven experience in technical product selection, technical design, and practical implementation of IT solutions.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) frameworks.
• Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworks.
• Working knowledge of SDLC, CICS, DB, ASP, COM, and .Net.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's Degree in Business Administration.
• Experience working in data warehouse, decision support, and reporting system environments.
• Working knowledge of Oracle and IBM Relational Database Management Systems, executive information systems, and statistical software packages.
