Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project stages while assessing business implications for each phase.
• Lead and guide technical staff throughout project execution to ensure timely delivery.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Monitor project progress to meet deadlines, quality standards, and cost targets.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in project management or a related occupation.
• Experience working with Java/J2EE technologies and databases.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
• Ability to travel to various client locations nationwide for short or long durations.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Business Analytics or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
