Description

Lead development teams to deliver software applications and complex data solutions using Agile methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and technical feasibility with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
• Lead development teams and manage internal and vendor resources to ensure productivity.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize impact on timelines.
• Oversee testing processes to ensure deliverables meet quality and performance standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system/software solution development and delivery.
• Proven experience leading development teams in Scrum or Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, programming languages, databases, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience delivering large, complex data solutions.
• Ability to analyze project metrics and data for decision-making and process improvement.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships, vendors, and project risks.
• Knowledge of PMI, CMM, and Six Sigma methodologies and standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ETL, data modeling, or UI/UX design and development.
• PMP certification, Certified ScrumMaster, or experience in State/Federal Government.
