Description

You will lead IT projects from planning through execution to finalization, ensuring delivery within defined timelines and budgets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects while ensuring products meet business and end-user requirements.
• Manage vendor selection, vendor relationships, and Statements of Work.
• Apply project management best practices including risk, quality, change, and change control management.
• Conduct business process analysis and technology evaluations to implement process improvements.
• Lead and support project team members through collaboration and clear communication.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cross-functional project management at an enterprise level.
• Expertise in managing project assets including Risk Registers, ROI analysis, RACI Diagrams, Stakeholder Registers, and Communication Plans.
• Proficiency in creating Requirements/Deliverables Traceability Matrices, QA Plans, Project Charters, and Project Schedules.
• Proven ability to manage change management and change control processes.
• Strong experience in quality management and risk mitigation.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms for executives and end users.
• Experience managing RFPs and Statements of Work.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, CAPM, or CSM certification.
• ITIL certification or experience.
• Experience with MS Project, Teams Workspace, or government environments.
