Description

You will manage the lifecycle of technical software projects in hardware, embedded, or RF environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate requests into epics, stories, and tasks with defined acceptance criteria and test-readiness gates.
• Build and own Gantt schedules in ClickUp, mapping dependencies and managing the critical path.
• Set up and manage sprints, driving daily scrums and tracking burndown rates.
• Coordinate workflows between software development and RF compliance labs, aligning tasks with test plans.
• Publish weekly status reports detailing schedule variance, risks, and readiness to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years managing technical software projects in hardware, embedded, or RF contexts.
• PMP certification (PMI) is required.
• Proficiency with ClickUp for planning and dependency tracking.
• Proven ability to set up and manage Agile sprints and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills to articulate trade-offs and risks to engineering and leadership.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience monitoring KPIs such as predictability and defect leakage.

Preferred Skills

• Agile delivery experience.
• Basic familiarity with Python or JavaScript to understand test tooling concepts.
