Description

You own the planning, execution, and delivery of technical software projects within hardware or embedded contexts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate requests into epics, stories, and tasks, defining acceptance criteria and success metrics.
• Build and maintain Gantt schedules in ClickUp, mapping dependencies and managing the critical path.
• Set up and manage sprints, running daily scrums, and tracking burndown to enforce prioritization.
• Coordinate workflows between software tasks and RF compliance/lab test plans.
• Publish weekly status reports covering schedule variance, risks, and lead change-control reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years managing technical software projects in hardware, embedded, or RF contexts.
• PMP certification (PMI) required.
• Proficiency with planning software, specifically ClickUp, for dependency management.
• Proven ability to set up and manage Agile sprints with strong prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate trade-offs and risks to engineering and leadership.
• Experience with Agile frameworks.
• Familiarity with Jira.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Preferred Skills

• Basic familiarity with Python and JavaScript to understand test tooling concepts.
