Description

Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, from scope definition to final delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Break down project scope into RACI charts, work breakdown structures, tasks, and dependencies.
• Manage project schedules, resource assignments, and work tasks to ensure completion.
• Oversee system integration, data migration, data replication, and archiving activities.
• Track project status, costs, and invoice payments while recording meeting minutes and decisions.
• Perform risk and issue management, escalating concerns and proposing alternative plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Proficiency in developing project management plans and schedules.
• Experience with Quality Assurance processes.
• Ability to manage project change management and system change management coordination.
• Experience developing Scope of Work documents and Contract Amendments.
• Knowledge of setting up products within Configuration Management and Contract Tracking.
• Experience using ServiceNow for Configuration Item management.
• Ability to manage external resource access to IT environments and data.
• Proven track record of overseeing system security plans and deliverables.
