Description

You will manage end-to-end IT project lifecycles from initial planning through to delivery.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery while managing scope, schedule, budget, and risks.
• Collaborate with state agencies including DHS, DPH, GTA, and IV&V.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT operations, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and applications.
• Manage vendor relationships and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Perform business analysis, requirement gathering, and user acceptance testing.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Proficiency with Agile, Waterfall, and SAFe methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.
• Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in-person in Georgia for required meetings.
• Experience coordinating with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance standards such as NIST and HIPAA.
• CSM certification.
