You will manage the full lifecycle of complex IT programs, from initiation and design through deployment and hypercare.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-stream delivery of functional, technical, data, and security workstreams.
• Translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans aligned with engineering processes.
• Oversee integration with SAP, Google ecosystem, and PLM tools, ensuring end-to-end data flow.
• Establish data governance frameworks and ensure compliance with cybersecurity and privacy standards.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and change management strategies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT project or program management.
• Strong background in enterprise system implementation (ERP, PLM, or scheduling tools).
• Proven experience with SAP integration and data platforms.
• Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience managing data migration from legacy systems.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, governance, and cloud enterprise platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Smartsheet or similar transformation tools.
• Knowledge of Workday or workforce planning tools.
• Exposure to AI-driven analytics or reporting.
