Description

You will lead IT projects from planning through execution, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans including objectives, scope, schedules, funding, staffing, and technology requirements.
• Establish and manage work breakdown structures (WBS) and monitor project milestones.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to resolve technical or operational issues.
• Manage the implementation of Microsoft Teams Calling features and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Execute communication plans and provide regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, specifically within IT or telecommunications projects.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
• Experience managing Microsoft Teams calling features and integration capabilities.
• Knowledge of database query software and development environments.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and risk mitigation.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Preferred Skills

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) certification.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field required.
