You will manage IT infrastructure projects, ensuring successful delivery of migrations and transformations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT infrastructure activities including servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
• Lead large-scale infrastructure migration or transformation projects, such as data center, cloud, or M365 migrations.
• Manage project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, meeting minutes, and status reports.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals and progress.
• Utilize project management tools like Smartsheet, JIRA, and Confluence to track tasks and dependencies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination or junior PM roles within IT infrastructure.
• Hands-on involvement in at least 2 large-scale infrastructure migration or transformation projects.
• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with M365 migration projects.
• Background in data center migration.
