Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure, platform, and cloud migration initiatives within a 9-month timeline.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive full lifecycle delivery of data center, server, network, and storage projects while managing plans, timelines, dependencies, and budgets.
• Partner with infrastructure teams to modernize operational processes, improve patching and deployment workflows, and ensure alignment with enterprise security and compliance standards.
• Facilitate adoption of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline integration, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible), and automated testing.
• Provide clear status reporting to stakeholders and leadership, tracking KPIs related to delivery timelines, risk, and operational improvements.
• Engage senior stakeholders across technology and business units to facilitate decision-making, resolve blockers, and communicate technical initiatives clearly.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IT Project or Program Management.
• Strong background in traditional infrastructure environments, including servers, OS (Windows/Linux), virtualization, network, and data center operations.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional infrastructure initiatives at scale.
• Solid understanding of ITIL-based operational processes.
• Experience with cloud migrations (private, public, or hybrid).
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of DevOps tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience supporting cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models.
• PMP, PgMP, or Agile/Scrum certification.
