Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of IT projects from initiation through closure, ensuring objectives are met within budget and on timeline.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and success criteria, developing detailed project plans.
• Assemble and lead project teams, assigning responsibilities and managing resources, budget, and timelines.
• Oversee all project phases to ensure projects meet objectives and stay within budget.
• Identify, assess, and manage project RAID items, handling changes and delays as they occur.
• Serve as the main point of contact, providing regular status reports to stakeholders and leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Proficiency in Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Strong understanding of IT concepts, including software development, infrastructure, and systems integration.
• Experience managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks using project management software.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams, manage stakeholders, and communicate effectively.
• Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) and CSM or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in infrastructure and systems integration projects.
