Description

You will lead the planning and implementation of technical projects across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution for technical initiatives across various teams.
• Serve as the primary client contact for US-based stakeholders, managing expectations and communication.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables efficiently.
• Coordinate with India-based development teams, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Monitor and report project progress using Agile metrics and tools like Jira and Confluence.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years in IT project management, including 5 years in Agile environments.
• Proven success managing large-scale projects with offshore development teams.
• Strong client-facing skills for managing US-based client relationships.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Familiarity with IT project management principles.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of Cloud Platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI/ML projects or artificial intelligence concepts.
• PMP, CSM, or similar project management certifications.
