Description

You will manage end-to-end IT projects to ensure timely, high-quality delivery within the SaaS and Enterprise domains.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple large-scale customer projects while ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with international clients to translate business needs into technical project execution.
• Plan, estimate, and manage project budgets to meet financial objectives.
• Build detailed project timelines and maintain comprehensive documentation, including plans, status reports, and risk logs.
• Identify stakeholder expectations and implement engagement strategies to mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 7 to 10 years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Proven experience working with international clients outside of India.
• Proficiency with JIRA and MS Project.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, specifically Excel for data cleansing, formulas, and manipulation.
• Technical understanding of web-based technologies.
• BCA, MCA, B.Tech, M.Tech, or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience in SaaS or Enterprise domains.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or PSM II.
