Description

Manage IT infrastructure projects, including Workspace Solution Printer Refresh and Airport Field Operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize infrastructure projects while maintaining scope and adhering to change management processes.
• Manage multiple projects of varying sizes, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate activities across enterprise teams, vendors, and external partners to resolve dependencies, issues, and risks.
• Track and forecast project financials, labor hours, and technology acquisition through procurement and vendor invoicing.
• Provide regular progress, risk, and milestone updates to department leadership and sponsors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Project.
• Experience with budget management and financial forecasting.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Ability to use Visio for project documentation.
• Experience with PPM tools.
• Proven ability to manage project scope, schedules, and milestones independently.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with IT leadership and vendors.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing hardware refresh or infrastructure deployment projects.
