Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of IT projects from definition through implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures to ensure delivery.
• Develop project plans, drive milestones, and track overall project status.
• Establish communication plans and lead meetings with high-level stakeholders.
• Prepare all project documentation, status reports, and budgets.
• Provide day-to-day direction to project resources and manage change control.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven experience managing IT projects and initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong ability to set agendas and record meeting minutes.
• Expertise in project planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with high-level stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Project or similar project management software.
• Experience using Microsoft Visio.
