Description

You will lead complex IT projects through the full lifecycle from initiation to closure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and lead cross-functional teams, defining scope, goals, deliverables, and individual roles.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, performance standards, and risk mitigation plans.
• Coordinate vendor management activities including RFI, RFP, and SOW processes.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee test planning, execution, and operational readiness to drive quality outcomes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Active PMP certification (must include certification number and dates on resume).
• Agile/Scrum certification, such as Scrum Master.
• Experience managing ERP and manufacturing technology projects, specifically SAP S/4HANA or Camstar.
• Proficiency in Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Strong financial acumen for budget administration.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced documentation and computer skills.
• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
