Description

You will lead major projects or multiple moderate initiatives focused on business systems, process improvements, and strategy implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own project planning by developing WBS, schedules, cost baselines, and resource requirements.
• Manage project controls including budget, scope, quality, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead functional teams and facilitate meetings to ensure compliance with project management methodologies.
• Consult with operations managers and sponsors to align projects with strategic objectives and cost effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement through business process improvement (BPI) activities and lean or Six Sigma techniques.
• Develop communication plans to provide accurate project status updates to stakeholders and senior executives.

Required Skills

• 8 or more years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Proven experience in project and portfolio management.
• Deep understanding of the SDLC process.
• PMP or CAPM certification is required.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle ERP, Coupa, or ServiceNow SPM.
• Background in the utilities industry.
