Description

You will oversee IT technology projects from initiation through completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project execution, including timelines, documentation, reporting, and resource allocation.
• Define project scope, deliverables, and milestones to ensure delivery within budget and schedule.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and participate in architecture and design reviews.
• Implement change management plans and improve existing IT support and delivery processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in the IT industry with expertise in Project Management and Business Analysis.
• Deep understanding of business and technology systems, IT infrastructure, and agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in cloud systems including Azure and AWS.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies such as AD, Exchange, Office 365, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management frameworks like ServiceNow.
• Understanding of data privacy and security standards, specifically HIPAA and GDPR.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
• PMP certification.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Smartsheet or Jira.
