Manage IT projects from conception to completion, overseeing technical staff and vendor relationships to meet organizational objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and initiate information technology projects, defining technology goals and implementation strategies.
• Direct technical staff including developers, systems analysts, and security analysts.
• Assess project costs and benefits to justify funding requests to executives.
• Negotiate with vendors to ensure service standards and determine personnel needs.
• Monitor project stages to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer information technology, engineering technologies, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in software development.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles.
• Understanding of management information systems (MIS).
• Ability to serve as a liaison between business requirements and technical execution.
• Experience managing technical teams and project timelines.
• Knowledge of computer programming and mathematics.
