Lead IT strategic direction and project execution within a highly regulated banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed IT work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Influence team budgets, policy formulation, and resource allocation.
• Evaluate complex business and system processes to drive technical direction and strategic decisions.
• Negotiate with senior leaders across functions and communicate with external parties.
• Coach and advise junior analysts on project leadership and technical objectives.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of experience in a related technology role.
• Extensive experience in banking and regulatory environments.
• Subject matter expertise in IT project leadership and management.
• Proven ability to define complex problems and develop technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of client core business functions and industry standards.
• Experience managing resource allocation and complex project lifecycles.
• Ability to assess risk regarding firm reputation, clients, and assets.
