Description

Lead the end-to-end implementation of the RX system and manage complex IT project delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage RX system implementation from planning through to closure.
• Deliver IT projects on time and within defined scope.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align project requirements with organizational goals.
• Facilitate meetings, manage risks, and resolve technical or operational issues.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to ensure successful completion.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Proven track record delivering complex IT projects.
• Hands-on experience with safety system implementations.
• Direct experience with Argus or Vault Safety systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Any Graduate degree.
