Required Skills

10+ years of IT Project Management experience.
5+ years of hands-on experience with the USAC E-rate program.
Strong knowledge of E-rate laws, rules, regulations, and USAC portal processes.
Experience conducting site assessments and evaluating technology infrastructure.
Ability to manage Program Integrity Assurance (PIA) reviews and funding requests.
Knowledge of Mississippi procurement laws.
Experience in contract administration and strategic planning.
Experience working with public libraries and library stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

Supervisory experience.
Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
Vendor management experience.
Experience developing policies and procedures
