Description

You will manage a major global activity migration involving Front Office, Trade Support, PnL, Finance, and Technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UAT phase by writing test cases, running sessions with IT and Operations partners, and publishing progress reports.
• Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and manage budget tracking.
• Gather and document high-level business requirements through meetings with business and IT partners.
• Identify and resolve risks or issues impacting project milestones.
• Monitor blocking conditions prior to Go Live and coordinate production rollouts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Deep knowledge of the trade lifecycle from execution to settlement.
• Domain expertise in Equity Derivatives, Securities Lending, and Fixed Income.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Wiki.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for detailed documentation.
• Experience managing complex operational migrations.
• Ability to track and manage project budgets.
