Description

Responsibilities:
Own and manage the product backlog in Jira.
Create and refine epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Coordinate with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and Development teams to deliver high-quality software.
Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, and releases.
Build Jira dashboards and delivery reports to monitor project health.
Support AI-enabled workflows and process automation within the SDLC.
Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5–7 years of experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, or Agile Delivery Manager.
Strong experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and SDLC.
Hands-on experience with Jira, including backlog management, sprint planning, and reporting.
Strong skills in writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
Experience working directly with software engineering teams.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
