Description

Manage product backlogs, Agile ceremonies, and software delivery timelines for engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog in Jira, creating and refining epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to track project timelines, risks, dependencies, and releases.
• Build Jira dashboards and delivery reports to monitor project health and support AI-enabled workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices within the SDLC.

Required Skills

• 5–7 years of experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, or Agile Delivery Manager.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Hands-on experience with Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and reporting.
• Proven ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working directly with software engineering teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
