Description

You will manage and coordinate multiple concurrent Network and IT interface projects, ensuring alignment between internal stakeholders, executives, vendors, and purchasers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate concurrent projects focused on Network and IT interfaces.
• Articulate schedule updates and project priorities to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Coordinate efforts between executives, vendors, and purchasers to maintain project momentum.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful completion.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience managing or assisting in projects.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet or Microsoft Project.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Software.
• Experience managing IT or Networking projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in an on-site environment.
