Lead IT project execution and provide direction to assigned teams to ensure timely delivery.

Direct the installation of IT projects impacting multiple business areas. Manage customer-facing renewable IT projects and cloud migration initiatives. Identify cross-business dependencies and manage project risks and documentation. Maintain consistent stakeholder communication to ensure projects stay within scope and budget. Oversee employee development, coaching, and performance management.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project management.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience using QMetry.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• Process-oriented mindset.
