Description

You will lead end-to-end IT project delivery across internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and RAID logs.
• Control scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Deliver clear executive updates and maintain all governance documentation.
• Support RFP tasks, including requirements gathering, evaluations, and recommendations.
• Facilitate meetings, communication, and cross-team coordination with County stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years managing IT infrastructure, application, cybersecurity, or vendor implementation projects.
• Demonstrable skills in planning, scheduling, RAID management, and reporting.
• Experience operating within Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Proficiency in Agile and Cybersecurity concepts.
• Strong abilities in communication, facilitation, and technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with RFP development and procurement coordination.
• Exposure to public sector or government projects.
