Description

You will lead end-to-end IT project delivery across teams and vendors, managing plans, schedules, milestones, and RAID logs.

You will control scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and changes while delivering clear executive updates and maintaining governance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT project delivery across teams and vendors.
• Build and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and RAID logs.
• Control scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
• Support RFP tasks including requirements, evaluations, and recommendations.
• Facilitate meetings, communication, and cross-team coordination.

Required Skills

• 7+ years managing IT infrastructure, application, cybersecurity, or vendor implementation projects.
• Strong planning, scheduling, RAID, and reporting skills.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Proficiency with PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent methodologies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• RFP development and procurement coordination experience.
• Public sector or government project exposure.
