Description

You will manage end-to-end IT/OT industrial projects, bridging shop-floor operations with IT teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current industrial environments, machine parks, and data flows (MES, SCADA, ERP) to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Define target IT/OT architecture and manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risks.
• Coordinate IT teams, industrial production staff, and external solution vendors to ensure quality and timeline adherence.
• Lead implementation of machine performance monitoring solutions, including OEE, KPIs, and industrial data collection.
• Run project committees, manage stakeholder communication, and ensure compliance with industrial and aeronautical standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management within an industrial context.
• Proven background in MES, Industry 4.0, or industrial digitalization initiatives.
• Experience with machine monitoring, supervision, or data acquisition projects.
• Strong understanding of IT/OT environments, including exposure to MES, SCADA, CMMS, and industrial ERP.
• Conceptual knowledge of machine data acquisition, sensors, and OPC-UA.
• Proficiency with project tools: Jira, MS Project, and Confluence.
• Ability to interface effectively between technical IT teams and operational shop-floor stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the aeronautics or heavy industry sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset with a structured, autonomous approach to problem-solving.
