Description

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT application projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to PMO governance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, and manage IT projects from inception to successful delivery.
• Enforce compliance with established project governance and PMO standards.
• Define roles and responsibilities within the project organization for effective resource management.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and issues to maintain timelines.
• Track benefit outcomes and provide regular updates to the Steering Committee.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT application Project Management.
• Proven experience managing at least one full lifecycle of system implementation.
• Ability to manage multiple IT demands and projects simultaneously.
• Experience communicating technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Malaysian General Insurance industry.
• Knowledge of retail products including Motor, Travel, Home, or PA.
