Description

You will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects within PBM operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct multiple complex projects, coordinating schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Oversee system integration for pharmacy management, claims processing, and customer service platforms to ensure seamless data flow.
• Maintain and upgrade IT platforms to ensure technical currency and regulatory compliance.
• Direct project teams, including specialists and analysts, while providing status reports through established methodologies.
• Collaborate with external vendors and client departments to coordinate systems testing, installation, and training.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management.
• 5+ years of experience in system integration across diverse IT platforms.
• 5+ years of experience in platform maintenance and upgrades.
• Proven experience managing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Proficiency with Jira and Data Analysis.
• Experience managing large-scale data accuracy, security, and availability.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related IT discipline.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification or other industry-standard certifications.
• Experience with pharmacy management or claims processing systems.
