Responsibilities

• Initiate and establish new projects from the ground up.
• Implement and maintain disciplined change control processes.
• Direct IT Agile and Scrum development projects.
• Operate within a process-focused PMO framework.

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience managing IT projects in a government environment.
• 5 years of experience initiating projects and managing change control.
• 5 years of experience working in a formal, process-focused PMO.
• 4 years of experience managing IT Agile/Scrum development projects.
• Proficiency in PMO methodologies.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
