Description

Lead end-to-end implementation of complex system and infrastructure projects, specifically Property Tax Collection systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Property Tax Collection systems and related infrastructure.
• Develop critical project management deliverables, including Project Charters, Project Plans, and Critical Issues Logs.
• Manage project analysis and documentation within the IT PMO framework.
• Support teams in meeting priorities through direct stakeholder engagement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Proven experience managing complex system or infrastructure implementation projects.
• Ability to produce formal project documentation such as Charters and Project Plans.
• Experience navigating high degrees of ambiguity in project environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
