Description

Lead IT project teams through design, implementation, and modification across multiple functional organizations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute major projects using standard methodologies and frameworks to align with strategic objectives.
• Direct the creation of business cases, charters, project plans, and communication plans.
• Manage scope, schedules, risks, issues, and change management to minimize exposure.
• Collaborate with business analysts, technical leads, developers, and QA from scope definition through implementation.
• Coordinate procurement and lead project reviews for compliance with enterprise, security, and infrastructure architectures.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Program/Project Management, Analysis, or Infrastructure and application projects.
• 8+ years of experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• 8+ years of experience in Change Management and Process Improvement.
• 8+ years of experience creating and managing project timelines.
• 8+ years of experience with PMBOK frameworks.
• 8+ years of experience in Cloud Implementations (SaaS, IaaS, and Platform).
• 8+ years of experience using Microsoft Project Professional.
• 8+ years of experience in issue resolution, application programming, database, and system design.
• Active Secret Clearance (or higher).

Preferred Skills

• PMP or Scrum Master certification.
• ITIL Foundations certification.
