Description

Own large-scale IT implementations, managing complex project plans, critical path timelines, and financial budgets from start to finish.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed project plans using Microsoft Project, ensuring strict adherence to critical path timelines and budget constraints.
• Manage external IT vendors and system integrators, enforcing SOW/T&C, scope management, and external financial controls.
• Drive process and documentation standards autonomously, motivating teams to accomplish goals and resolving blockers without constant supervision.
• Deliver presentations to executive leadership and large groups, translating feedback into immediate action and decisions.
• Serve as a change champion, applying problem-solving skills to navigate complex organizational shifts and ensure successful adoption.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of corporate project management experience completing large-scale IT implementations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project for creating critical path timelines and managing project dependencies.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing detailed project budgets.
• Proven experience managing IT vendors, including scope management and contract adherence.
• PMP and Agile certifications required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Lean Six Sigma certification.
