Description

Lead technical projects and software development lifecycles from planning through implementation and evaluation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project progress, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for personnel and equipment.
• Oversee the software development group, identifying technological solutions and ensuring security standards are met.
• Coordinate project team members, defining individual responsibilities and developing delivery schedules.
• Develop and implement User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all projects.
• Manage stakeholder and client relationships while maintaining records for audit requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in the information technology industry.
• 7+ years of experience managing or directing technological and support operations.
• 7+ years of verifiable experience managing both technical and non-technical teams.
• Extensive experience in Windows network administration.
• Proven expertise in strategic technology planning, execution, and policy development.
• Deep experience in all facets of project planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Strong background in software development management and application solution identification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience vetting products and vendors against established standards.
• Ability to analyze complex software requirements.
